  • Services are provided in electronic form only and do not involve the delivery of physical goods.

  • After completing registration and making a valid payment, the Organizing Committee will send a registration confirmation email.


4. Transaction Process

Step 2: Payment

Customers make payment according to the instructions displayed on the website at the time of registration.

Step 3: Confirmation

Within 24–48 working hours after receiving valid payment, the Organizing Committee will send a confirmation email.


5. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer;

  • Other lawful payment methods as announced on the website.

A transaction is considered completed when:

  • The Organizing Committee confirms receipt of full payment; and

  • The registration confirmation email is successfully sent.

Any transaction-related fees (if any) shall be borne by the Customer.


6. Service Delivery Method

  • Services are delivered via email confirmation.

  • The confirmation email serves as proof of transaction completion.

  • The Organizing Committee is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses provided by Customers.


7. Information Verification Policy

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the registration confirmation email upon receipt.

  • Any errors must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of the email.

  • After this period, the information shall be deemed accurate and confirmed.


8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or exchanges are applicable to services that have been registered and paid for.

  • If Customers are unable to attend due to personal reasons, the paid fee will not be refunded.

  • In cases of force majeure or changes initiated by the Organizing Committee, handling measures will be publicly announced on the website.

  • Check confirmation emails promptly;

  • Comply with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Organizing Committee.
